Every transaction is governed by the terms & conditions in place at the time of the transaction. By submitting an order or becoming a member of Qoolmart.com, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
1. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
2. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
3. We will contact you within 48 hours if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. We will suggest product alternatives or provide refund for the unavailable product..
4. Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no guarantee or responsibility and are not liable for any losses or inconveniences for any failure or delay to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
5. Colors depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website and in the catalogue.
6. The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
7. Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Qoolmart.com via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
8. Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
9. All prices are in SGD, Singapore Dollars.
10. Please be informed that the rates indicated are informative only. Actual rates will be subject to your bank’s prevailing exchange rates.
11. We at (Qoolmart.com) valued our relationship with our clients and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will, therefore, accept merchandise returns (with certain exclusions) within 7 days from the date of purchase.
12. Please read the following policies and procedures for exchanges or returns strictly based on manufacturing defects only:
- Purchase made on Qoolmart.com can be returned within 7 days upon receiving shipment subject to Qoolmart Terms and Conditions under Point 15 which is Refund Policy – NO REFUND will be made after making payment on Qoolmart.com website and change of mind returns are not allowed. Customers are only allowed to replace item/items of the same value or higher (top-up differences in price is required) as exchange which is subjected to stocks availability . If chosen item/items value is lower than purchase item/items, difference will not be refunded.
- The original receipt and/or return label must accompany the exchange or return.
- Merchandise must be new in their original box unless defective by fabricant.
- All manufacturing defects exchange/refund are subjected for verification and approval by Qoolmart.com staff.
- All exchange or return must be sent to Qoolmart.com office by hand for SINGAPORE customer
- All postage fees must be paid by all oversea customer for any return or exchange
- A transport service fee of S$7.00 will be imposed for any exchange made.
- If you return an item that does not meet our requirements for returns, we reserve the rights to reject the return as we deem fit.
13. Custom Taxes: Prices do not include possible customs taxes.

15. Refund Policy – NO refund will be made after making payment on Qoolmart.com website.
